Policy Briefing on ‘The unhappy state of the Union. Time for a new “grand bargain”

organized by the European Policy Centre (EPC) and the Bertelsmann Stiftung, in Brussels on 11 June, on the occassion of his new book‘The Unhappy State of the Union: Europe Needs a New Grand Bargain’. The presentation was followed by a question and answer session jointly chaired by Janis A. Emmanouilidis, EPC Director of Studies, and Thomas Fischer, Executive Director of the Brussels Office of the Bertelsmann Stiftung.
