The event was held at the Ceremonial Hall of the University of Athens on May 5 and was addressed by the Rector of the University of Athens, the President of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Professor Charalambos Chrysanthakis, Professor George Pagoulatos, Director General of ELIAMEP, Associate Professor Nikos Koutsiaras, and Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, while Herman Van Rompuy, former President of the European Council and Dame Helen Wallace, member of the British Academy, sent a recorded message.
